- Data is used only to deliver contracted services
- Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are maintained
- Engagement-specific non-disclosure agreements are entered into between Quadrillion Partners and each client, governing the handling of confidential information and personal data
- Quadrillion Operators participating in an engagement are bound by terms substantively equivalent to those set forth in the applicable client non-disclosure agreement
Where required, Quadrillion Partners will enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with clients governing data protection, confidentiality, and security obligations. Engagement relationships are governed by separate written agreements between Quadrillion Partners and its clients, which take precedence over this Privacy Policy with respect to processing of client data.
8. Quadrillion Operator Information
Prospective and current Quadrillion Operators (independent contractors and operators in the Quadrillion Partners network) may provide personal information including biographical content, professional headshots, areas of operating expertise, and engagement history. With the Quadrillion Operator’s consent or pursuant to a written agreement, such information may be displayed publicly on the Website, in pitch materials, in proposals, in case studies, and in business development outreach. Display, modification, or withdrawal of operator information is governed by the applicable Quadrillion Operator agreement.
9. Third-Party Websites and Linked Domains
The Website may link to third-party websites, including www.decipheranddeliver.com, the dedicated website for the book *Decipher and Deliver*. The decipheranddeliver.com website is operated separately, has its own privacy policy and terms, and may collect information including email addresses for book pre-orders, marketing, and related purposes. Quadrillion Partners is not responsible for the privacy practices of decipheranddeliver.com or any other linked website. Information you provide on a third-party website is governed by that site’s privacy policy.
Book purchases referenced on the Website are fulfilled by third-party retailers, including Amazon. Information you provide to Amazon or any other retailer in connection with a book purchase is governed by that retailer’s privacy policy.
